2-Academic users and employees of international organizations have priority registration. However, the Tribunal may accept or reject applications in its sole discretion.

3-In case of use of the database in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, the Tribunal may terminate a user’s access, and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of user misuse may be deemed to be fit and proper.

4-The Tribunal may, without notice in its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate or ‎restrict users’ access to the database.‎
